By accessing or using the CalcSuite website ("the Site"), including all pages, tools, calculators, guides, and related services (collectively, "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). CalcSuite provides a collection of online calculators, conversion tools, and educational guides across various categories including but not limited to mathematics, finance, health, fitness, science, and unit conversion. The Service is accessible via web browsers and does not require user registration, account creation, or the download of any software. All calculations are performed locally in your web browser using client-side JavaScript.
3. Use of the Service

The Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality — including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, graphics, photographs, video, audio, design, presentation, selection, and arrangement — are owned by CalcSuite, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include the right to modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display, or publicly perform any content from the Service without our prior written consent.
The CalcSuite name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of CalcSuite. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.
5. User-Submitted Content
Certain areas of the Service, such as the contact form, may allow you to submit content including text, suggestions, ideas, or other materials ("User Content"). By submitting User Content to us, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such User Content in any media and for any purpose.
You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights in and to the User Content you submit and that all such User Content is accurate, not misleading, and does not violate any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
6. Accuracy of Calculations
While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our calculators and tools, CalcSuite does not guarantee that the results produced by the Service are error-free, complete, or current. Calculations are based on standard formulas and assumptions that may not reflect all real-world variables, edge cases, or jurisdiction-specific rules.

In summary: CalcSuite does not require you to create an account. We do not collect personal identification information through our calculators. 9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CALCSUITE, ITS OPERATORS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
- Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
- Any content obtained from the Service.
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
- Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the calculations or results provided by the Service.
- Any decisions you make based on the results provided by the Service.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE PRECEDING TWELVE MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CalcSuite and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, actions, demands, liabilities, and settlements including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including without limitation ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification provisions, and limitations of liability.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms.
What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired. The failure of CalcSuite to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
